Position: Associate Software Engineer

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Salary: INR 4 LPA – 10 LPA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Freshers / 0 – 1 year of experience

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in .Net Core, MS SQL Server, and ASP.NET
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Testing skills
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Job Description:

Product Requirements:

• Understand and analyze functional/non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to review and clarify requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide input for estimations.
• Create low-level design documents based on high-level designs.

Product Design and Development:

• Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies/products.
• Provide technical direction for research, design, analysis, and testing.
• Establish design standards and deliver solutions meeting requirements.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve programming and design challenges.
• Participate in architecture/code reviews and create/ review low-level design documents.

Product Testing:

• Review test cases/test plans and conduct integration testing.
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing and releases.

Product Training and Documentation:

• Provide inputs for technical publications and review documentation.
• Support client in user acceptance testing if required.

Product Sign Offs:

• Resolve existing issues and gather user feedback for enhancements.

Project Management:

• Provide updates on module development status to development lead.

People Management:

• Mentor Software Engineers, set goals, monitor performance, and conduct appraisals.
