Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Finance Analyst Intern, you will be working under the supervision of experienced finance professionals and will contribute to key financial operations. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record to Report transactions.
- Supporting internal and external audits in alignment with company policies.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial data.
- Participating in training sessions and incorporating feedback.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Continuously updating documentation and following standard operating procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong foundation in general accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
- Comfort working in a multi-time zone environment and collaborating with global teams.
