Role: Analyst – IT Technical Analysis
As an Analyst, you’ll provide technical support and training to internal users, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of their systems. Your work will involve installing, maintaining, and supporting PCs, LANs, server hardware, and related IT tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and support hardware/software components
- Perform system testing, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Evaluate and optimize system configurations
- Collaborate with users to understand future needs
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
- Understanding of networking and server/desktop environments
- Basic troubleshooting and system maintenance skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in system installations and upgrades
- Ability to manage business needs through technical service
