Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze functional requirements and design automation test cases/scripts.
- Execute automated tests and perform defect logging, tracking, and triaging.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to clarify requirements and deliver test results.
- Create test reports, track risks, and escalate issues affecting testing timelines.
- Maintain traceability matrix and ensure sign-off for test design and results.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web architecture.
- Strong SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Agile methodology experience with tools like JIRA or TestRail.
- Test data management and effective test case design skills.
- Good communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of tools like TOSCA, UFT, or UiPath.
- ISTQB/CSTE or similar testing certifications.
- Cloud certifications: AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
