Business Operations-Business Analyst-FresherLocations :
Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata
Job Description:
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for requirement gathering, requirement prioritizing, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of CRM / sales and marketing automation product.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather requirement via workshops.
Coordinate with internal sources and third parties for execution of project.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents and workflows.
Map the requirements against product features and configure the product as per the requirements.
Deliver demo/training sessions on the features delivered.
Qualification:
Mandatory : good written and oral communication skills
Education : BTech/BE/BCA/BSc. Computer Science from 2020, 2021, 2022 batch (pass outs)
For experienced graduates : 1-2 years of technology implementation/product configuration experience is preferred.
Preferred Certifications: Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst (CFLBA)
