Job Description
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Associate Software Engineers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and supporting chatbot solutions that enhance our global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement chatbots with varied complexities across DHL business units.
- Improve and maintain existing solutions with optimized conversational flows.
- Analyze business requirements to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Recommend the best conversational and technical approaches for automation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum/DevSecOps-based development and delivery.
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot live chatbot systems.
- Communicate with global stakeholders and conduct trainings/workshops as needed.
Required Skill Set
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Python, Node.js, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and database fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI, and testing tools.
- Experience with Linux/Windows OS environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Google Dialogflow and chatbot frameworks is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technology.
