Skill Set Required:
- Strong foundational knowledge in Python programming for data analysis, with academic projects or internships being a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Basic understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data concepts for diverse audiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
- Participate in the ETL process, utilizing Python for data manipulation and preparation.
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct basic data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
- Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
- Document analytics workflows and findings for knowledge transfer and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated on developments in data analytics and visualization technologies.
- Support business users in utilizing analytics tools and methodologies.
