Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer – Associate, you will:
- Work with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics, define solution designs, and support architecture planning
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and microservices
- Ensure top-quality code with a focus on performance and security
- Lead code reviews and promote best software development practices
- Manage competing priorities and provide updates to leadership
- Act as content owner for software demos and facilitate cross-team communication
- Collaborate with both onsite and offshore development teams
- Mentor junior developers and support the knowledge transfer process
- Act as a backup to the development lead when required
Skills Required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good command of English language (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC tools
- Understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Experience: No prior experience required for Associate level
