Job Overview
The Associate Data Engineer will support data strategy and analytics initiatives within Gartner’s People Analytics team. The role involves building scalable infrastructure, developing data pipelines, and delivering key insights to improve organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards
- Automate and streamline regular reports
- Support testing and QA for analytics systems
- Collaborate with teams on data warehouse design and reporting
- Resolve bugs and contribute to ongoing analytics improvements
- Provide accurate reporting for business and HR needs
Skills Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics
- Familiarity with Azure, Azure Data Factory, and ETL processes
- Working knowledge of Power BI; experience with Visier is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
