Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate – Service Desk L1. This role involves providing first-level technical support and ensuring smooth IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve user-reported issues through ticketing systems within agreed SLAs
- Provide both voice and non-voice IT support
- Assist leadership and employees with technical queries
- Troubleshoot hardware and software including desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Handle support for OS, MDM, Microsoft Office, and business-specific applications
- Assist in IT infrastructure activities, including upgrades and transitions
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles
- Provide on-site support when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Strong technical orientation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OS, MDM tools, and Office 365
Preferred Skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Customer-first approach
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
