Job Description:
As a Software Developer at HCLTech, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering codes for the assigned work in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards.
- Maintaining existing projects by troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues.
- Understanding client requirements and developing code to create required features.
- Documenting work accurately.
- Following established quality standards and delivery SLAs for assigned projects.
Required Skill Set:
- Good knowledge of any of the programming languages: C, C++, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing (manual and automation, including Selenium).
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
