Location: Lucknow, Nagpur, India
Eligibility: BE/BTech/ME/MTech
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of ITIL/Service Desk processes with strong communication skills.
- Experience with desktop support/application support.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and PC/Laptop troubleshooting (hardware & software).
- Basic networking knowledge and support skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Thermal Printers or Spectrometers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when needed.
- Provide IT break/fix support for devices, peripherals, software, and more.
- Assist with calibration issues, connectivity problems, and software support in specialized environments like the Paint department.
