Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Grad/Undergraduate can apply.
- Fresher candidates can apply. (Exp candidates also can apply min exp 6 months)
- Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts.
- Required excellent communication skills.
