Job Description

The selected candidates will work in a customer-focused technical support environment, collaborating with internal engineering teams, field engineers, and suppliers. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to complex systems and ensuring world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for maintenance and technical systems.
• Understand and work with mechanical and electronic systems such as elevators or signalization equipment.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to company procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Good understanding of elevator maintenance equipment and related components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and listening abilities.
• Team-oriented with decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.

• Should be willing to work in night shifts if required.
