Job Description
During this internship, you will:
- Learn and work on counselling, recruitment, HR processes, sales, and coordination activities.
- Update candidate databases (eligibility, interests, assessments, etc.).
- Call and schedule candidates for interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate document collection for offers and onboarding.
- Assist in processes like loan support, interview scheduling, and candidate onboarding.
- Support the reporting manager in day-to-day business development tasks.
