Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers
• Follow standard call flow and ensure first-call resolution
• Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved issues as per process
• Keep internal trackers updated (escalation logs, complaint logs, etc.)
• Maintain strict compliance with customer data confidentiality

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
• Willingness to work in night shifts or US time zones
• Freshers or candidates with minimal experience in voice process preferred
