- Handle inbound calls from US-based customers
- Follow standard call flow and ensure first-call resolution
- Maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues as per process
- Keep internal trackers updated (escalation logs, complaint logs, etc.)
- Maintain strict compliance with customer data confidentiality
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
- Willingness to work in night shifts or US time zones
- Freshers or candidates with minimal experience in voice process preferred
