Role: Customer Care Representative – International Voice (Fresher)
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate (except B.Tech, M.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, and Law graduates)
- Freshers welcome with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regular students currently pursuing full-time education are not eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries in line with client and business guidelines
- Ensure adherence to quality and service standards
- Provide first-call resolution and follow escalation procedures as needed
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with process protocols
- Participate in regular feedback and performance improvement activities
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Strong customer service orientation with a helpful and empathetic approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

- Two-way cab facility available
