Role: Customer Care Representative – International Voice (Fresher)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate (except B.Tech, M.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, and Law graduates)
• Freshers welcome with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Regular students currently pursuing full-time education are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries in line with client and business guidelines
• Ensure adherence to quality and service standards
• Provide first-call resolution and follow escalation procedures as needed
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with process protocols
• Participate in regular feedback and performance improvement activities

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Strong customer service orientation with a helpful and empathetic approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
