Job Role: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers
Skills Required:
- Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies effectively.
- Strong confidentiality and data security practices.
- Prior experience in UK inbound calls, especially in the banking domain, is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment (UK shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer issues as per client and business guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and trackers for escalations and complaints.
- Uphold customer data security and confidentiality.
- Actively participate in feedback and motivational activities.
Work Environment:
- Work from Office
- Open to fresher and experienced candidates.
