- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Prior experience in UK Inbound Calling/BFSI domain (preferred)
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
- Deliver high-quality customer service per company guidelines
- Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Log escalations and complaints accurately
- Follow escalation protocols when necessary
- Participate in feedback sessions and team-building activities
- Maintain data security and confidentiality
