Job Designation: Systems Software Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates
Skill Set:
- Excellent programming skills in Java and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Java, React, and Node
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and basic engineering design/automation
- Familiarity with various software development lifecycles
- Proficient in data structures and analytical problem solving
- Working knowledge of automation service provisioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Description: As a Systems Software Engineer, you will be integral in designing, developing, and integrating highly complex systems within Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT). Your role will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial business development through to product end-of-life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study contract documents and mechanical plans to evaluate customer requirements
- Knowledge of field device selection and BACnet/Modbus protocols
- Engage in technical discussions and meetings with customers
- Contribute to Building Automation System engineering and architecture design
- Develop application software
- Supervise installation and BMS commissioning at various global sites
- Conduct BMS functional testing with customers and prepare project documentation
