Business Analyst – OperationsJob Responsibility:
Be responsible for end to end ownership of the development cycle, translating business requirements into functional specifications
Define test cases, test, review test results
Update renew document of understanding with partner
Be the primary focal point for Business team relationship and review control report along with taking corrective action while developing documents

Qualification:
Relevant years of experience in UI Prototyping (HTML & CSS, Balsamiq, Moqups), Impact & Gap Analysis,
End user documentation (Manuals, Decks, Wiki, Guideline),
BRD/FRD documentation Agile Methodologies, MS Excel, Basic RDBMS – IBM DB2 & SQL queries, Data Analysis using Excel & SQL, Excel/CSV Report generation, JIRA, IBM InfoSphere Data Architect & Data Studio, DB Visualizer.
Demonstrated success in analysing requirements and developing solutions to best meet them
Experience designing and building end to end technical solutions for complex system problems.
Experience BAU support of application
Experience designing & delivering future-ready solutions to help organizations optimize their functions, enhancing employee experience
