Eligibility and Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed BE, BTech or BSc in a relevant field
• Basic understanding of operating systems, networking and databases
• Interest in enterprise IT, IBM i (AS/400) platforms and technical support
• Exposure to RPG, CL or DB2 is an added advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support workflows
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn IBM i tools, commands and support processes

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to IBM i systems and applications
• Collect logs, analyse basic errors and document ticket details
• Provide first level support through email, ticketing tools or live channels
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed
• Support the team in updating knowledge base and documentation
• Participate in training sessions to build enterprise system expertise
