Eligibility and Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed BE, BTech or BSc in a relevant field
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking and databases
- Interest in enterprise IT, IBM i (AS/400) platforms and technical support
- Exposure to RPG, CL or DB2 is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support workflows
- Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn IBM i tools, commands and support processes
Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to IBM i systems and applications
- Collect logs, analyse basic errors and document ticket details
- Provide first level support through email, ticketing tools or live channels
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed
- Support the team in updating knowledge base and documentation
- Participate in training sessions to build enterprise system expertise
