Process Specialist – Customer Service Representative – Europe

Job Description

In the role of Data Engineer, your primary role would be Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required

•Developers with Good understanding in ETL, Datawarehouse Concepts and writing Advanced SQL
•Experienced Development, Implementation, Testing and Support of Data Warehousing and Data Integration Solutions
•Good in understanding the requirements and design solutions and able to translate to technical solutions/deliverable
•Experience in Data Analysis, troubleshooting of issues and providing solution to complex applications
•Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery.
•Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
•Participate in all Agile ceremonies
•Work Experience: 2-4 Years
•Technical Skills: GCP, Oracle, PL/SQL, QlikView/QlikSense, AbInitio

Additional 

•Knowledge of more than one technology
•Should have experience with telecommunication domain
•Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
•Good problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
•Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
