3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
4. Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
5. Flexible with shifts and working hours at client location
6. Must be a good team player
7. Good problem-solving skills

Senior Process Executive

1. Must be a Graduate
2. Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
4. Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
5. Flexible with shifts and working hours
6. Must be a good team player
7. Good problem-solving skills
8. Assist team lead/supervisor to prepare various reports
9. Ability to multitask
10. Ability to articulate technical and complex scenarios with ease

Things to remember while entering the campus:

1. Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
2. would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
