Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee – CSE, you will play a critical role in providing technical product expertise. You’ll assist in translating customer needs into specific product configurations and participate in customized solutions involving KONE’s advanced offerings like machine-room-less elevators, escalators, ReGenerate, and more. This role extends from pre-order engineering to post-order support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise on optimal KONE product selection based on customer needs.
- Translate customer requirements into product-specific engineering solutions.
- Contribute to non-standard tenders involving KONE products such as escalators, autowalks, MRL elevators, high rises, ReGenerate, ReNova, and third-party equipment.
- Maintain product accountability post-order, supporting engineering deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Familiarity with environmental and sustainability regulations.
- Basic proficiency in CAD and BIM tools.
- Awareness of competitor product offerings.
- Understanding of product costing and pricing models.
- Knowledge of local regulatory norms and standards.
