Job Description
- Work as a project team member on process consulting, internal audit, risk consulting and other GRCS solutions.
- Deliver quality client services consistently.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and update key stakeholders.
- Apply basic accounting and process-related knowledge.
- Stay updated on advisory service developments and industry trends.
- Travel to client locations within India or abroad as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates (BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM or similar degrees).
- 0–2 years of audit, business, or industry-related experience.
- Certifications such as CIA or CISA are an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, or risk consulting.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods.
- Strong integrity, values and work ethic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
