L&T Technology Services is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from the 2025 batch across multiple engineering disciplines. This opportunity is open to fresh engineering graduates who are ready to begin their careers in a global engineering and technology company.
Job Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Associate Engineer Trainee)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Job Location: Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi (Final location will depend on business requirements)
- Batch: 2025 Graduates
- Salary Package: ₹4,00,100 per annum
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech in
- Electrical
- Civil
- Instrumentation & Control
- Aeronautical
- Biomedical
- Railway Signaling Engineering
- 60% or 6.75 CGPA and above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (no rounding off)
- No active backlogs at the time of application
- Final year students must pass all subjects in the first attempt
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of joining
Training & Bond Details
- Training Period: Up to 15 months
- First 3 months: Classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000/month
- Next 12 months: On-the-job training as Associate Engineer
- Service Agreement: ₹2 Lakhs bond for a period of 2 years and 9 months
