🧠 Skill Set Required
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in Oracle and advanced SQL scripting
- Experience building multi-tier software systems
- Familiarity with integrating open-source and third-party solutions
- Capability to lead, collaborate, and make critical decisions independently
- Comfortable with whiteboarding, flowcharts, and creating wireframes (Visio, PPT, DOC)
- Bonus: Experience in financial services, cards, or payment platforms

- Conduct feasibility studies, design logic, system flowcharts, and cost analysis
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing and resolving technical issues
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations
