Role Overview
Meesho is hiring for the position of Operations Associate in their Growth/Business team. This role focuses on supporting sellers on the platform by enabling their participation in various internal programs such as sales, deals, and loyalty initiatives.
Selected candidates will work closely with internal teams including KAMs, Analysts, and Program Managers to improve execution and ensure smooth operations across business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing seller participation in promotional events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth goals
- Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation
- Analyze data and track KPIs for team and program performance
- Contribute to building SOPs for recurring business activities
- Provide support for issue resolution and team coordination
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech required, MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or business roles
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for basic data analysis
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working with high-growth teams or startups is a plus
