- Role: Software Developer
- Eligibility: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
- Experience: 0–2+ years (Freshers Welcome)
- Batch: Recent Engineering or MCA Graduates
- CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and skills)
- Location: Bengaluru (Full-time role)
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug software applications, tools, and systems.
- Work on performance enhancements within existing architecture and occasionally contribute to architectural improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze functionality and gather requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
- Estimate timelines for assigned modules and deliver in an agile environment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving concurrency or system-level interactions.
- Participate in process improvements related to development and deployment.
- Share knowledge through documentation, team sessions, or mentorship.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, C++, Python, or similar).
