About the Role
As an Apprentice Trainee at Philips, you will be part of the team working on medical equipment manufacturing. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting and operating machines for assembling and processing products.
- Following established process parameters and handling them correctly.
- Maintaining safety and quality instructions at all times.
- Supporting 6S practices and continuous improvement (kaizen) on the shop floor.
- Developing skills on different coil assembly operations.
This role is a full-time position based in Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics with minimum 70% marks in academics.
- No active backlogs.
- Only candidates from the 2025 passing out batch can apply.
