About the Role
Rubrik is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project/Program Manager Intern to support the delivery of On-Prem and SaaS product initiatives. The intern will work closely with engineering and product teams to assist in planning, execution, reporting, and process improvement across multiple technical programs.
Responsibilities
• Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics
• Help build project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Track progress and prepare status updates for stakeholders
• Create dashboards or reports to monitor KPIs and deliverables
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and other functions
• Support communication of schedules, risks, and issues
• Help run efficient and goal-driven meetings
• Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation planning
• Assist engineering teams in resolving blockers
• Recommend tools or methods for process and automation improvements
• Document best practices and lessons learned
Required Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to storage technologies
• Familiarity with enterprise product development
