About the Team
You will be working in the Product Assurance Engineering Team. This group is part of Seagate Quality function, handling testing, validation and automation of different products like HDD, SSD and storage systems. The team works globally and supports large capacity environments.
Responsibilities during internship
- Build and improve test infrastructure and frameworks
- Complete assigned internship project on time
- Learn storage system designs and architecture
- Develop & run test cases, prepare reports
- Work closely with engineers to integrate full system parts
- Support in maintaining engineering labs and equipment
Skills You Should Have
- Knowledge in test automation and framework design
- Strong understanding of algorithms & data structures
- Good problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Ability to learn new tools fast
- Programming in Python / C / C++ / Java
