Job Profile: Machine Learning Consultant
Eligibility:
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience: 0 – 1 year
- Work Location: Remote within India

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop models to analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms and predict user churn.
- Build causal inference-based models to enhance user retention.
- Develop and evaluate models leveraging pre-trained LLMs for user engagement.
- Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and product teams.
- Improve experience for millions of OTT platform users using AI.
- Contribute insights to the research community via workshops and conferences.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of deep learning and machine learning, both conceptually and practically.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and SQL.
- Familiarity with latest machine learning research.
- Proficiency in Python and popular deep learning frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLMs (fine-tuning, training, and usage).
- Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, is desirable.
Good to Have:
- Experience in deploying predictive models in production.
- Exposure to LLM/NLP projects, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Publications in major machine learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, AAAI, etc.).
Internship Details:
- Duration: Paid contractual role, extendable annually
- Start Date: Second week of September 2025
- Working Hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
