Job Description: As an Associate/Analyst in our US Healthcare Backoffice Operations team, you will be responsible for KPI performance in a US healthcare process. Your key responsibilities will include schedule adherence, fostering a positive working climate, supporting multi-skilling initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity in all dealings. This role requires sound analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make administrative decisions.

Key Competencies:

• Analytical skills for detail-oriented issue resolution
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and draw inferences from research findings
• Independent judgment for managing confidential information
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Business) with or without experience in the US healthcare domain
• Typing speed >25 Words/Minute & Accuracy of 90%
• Decent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Aptitude test scoring of 90% and above
