Eligibility Criteria
- Only full-time graduates from recognized universities are eligible.
- Year of passing should be 2026.
- One active backlog is allowed at the time of the test, but all backlogs must be cleared before joining.
- Education gap should not be more than 24 months.
- Candidates must be 18–28 years old.
- Must be open to 24×7 shift work, depending on project needs.
- Candidates from NIOS (open schooling) can apply if their graduation is full-time.
TCS BPS Test Pattern
The test will be 50 minutes long and include:

How to Apply for TCS BPS Hiring 2026

Step 1: Register on the TCS NextStep Portal
Visit TCS NextStep Portal and log in.
Step 2: Fill in your personal details
Enter your name and date of birth exactly as per your Aadhaar card. Wrong details can lead to disqualification.
Step 3: Complete your application form
- If you already have an account, login and click on “Apply for Drive”.
- If you are new, register as a BPS candidate, fill your form, and then apply for the drive.
Step 4: Choose your test centre
Select In-Centre Test mode and pick your preferred location carefully (it cannot be changed later).
Step 5: Check your application status
Go to Track Your Application and confirm that the status shows “Applied for Drive”.
Important Points to Remember
- TCS will send all official communication only through tcs.com email IDs.
- TCS never asks for money or payment during the hiring process.
- No external agency or consultant is authorized to hire for TCS.
- You must bring all your original documents (10th, 12th, and graduation marksheets) when called for the selection process.
