· Support Cisco Voice network infrastructure – CUCM, Cisco Unity, IM&P, Voice gateways, CUBE
· Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade Cisco Voice Infrastructure (CUCM, Cisco Unity, IM&P, Voice gateways, CUBE)
· Good knowledge and understanding SIP, H323 & MGCP protocol
· Understanding and hands on experience on Voice gateways, IP phones, CUCM, Cisco Video collaboration solution
· Maintain, Upgrade and support Skype for Business servers
· Good knowledge and understanding on Polycom Video infrastructure components – Polycom DMA, Polycom RPCS, OTD, etc
· Identify potential challenges that may impact our client and infrastructure
· Ability to plan activities and projects and considers possible changing circumstances
· Proactive monitor the work queues
· Perform operation tasks to resolve all incidents/requests in a timely manner and within the agreed SLA
· Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in clear, concise manner
· Support other functional teams on a regular basis
· Create and maintain operational documentation
· After hours third level support as required
