Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting a Walk-in Drive for Back Office Operations (Data Processing Transactions) under its Business Process Services (BPS) division. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from select streams who are looking to kick-start their career in the ITES sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be full-time graduates from recognized institutions in the following streams:
  BA, B.Com, BBA, BSc
• Graduation batch: 2024 or 2025
• Note: Candidates from technical backgrounds (BCA, BE, B.Tech, BSc-Computer Science/IT) are not eligible for this particular role.
• The highest qualification must be graduation (postgraduates are not eligible).
• Applicants must be flexible to work in any shift and at any TCS Nagpur office.

Applicants who have appeared for a TCS BPS interview or test within the last 90 days are not eligible to participate in this drive.

Selection Process:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Personal Interview (Only for candidates who clear the test)

Eligibility will be verified before candidates are allowed to participate in the selection process.
