Required Skill Set:
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24×7)

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure effective follow-up for resolution
