Job Description:
As part of the International Voice Process, the role involves:
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions within time limits.
- Following up to ensure resolution and overseeing the customer service process.
- Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Eligibility: Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with Work from Office.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are required.
- Added Advantage: Experience in US Telecom services.
