Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is looking for talented content writers to join our team on a contractual basis for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our Language Model and Generative AI initiatives.
Experience Required: 0 to 5 years
Languages Required: Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, or Urdu (Any 1)
Position Overview:
As a content writer, you will enhance the content-generating capabilities of AI systems, ensuring that language generation is meaningful, accurate, and contextually appropriate. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in content writing, editing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Write, rewrite, edit, and enhance content for clarity and correctness according to given guidelines.
- Review summaries to ensure 100% quality and usability for model training.
- Collaborate with the client product team and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop training content and define guidelines to address documentation gaps.
- Conduct research and analysis to improve AI model performance in language generation.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to writers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Qualifications and Skill Sets:
- Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- High proficiency in English (Writing and Speaking).
- Experience in writing high-quality content across various genres, styles, and formats.
- Ability to adapt to client guidelines and policies.
- Understanding of AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Payout Details:
- 0-2 years of experience: ₹3.5 LPA
- 2+ years of experience: ₹5 LPA
