JOB DESCRIPTION FOR INTERNATIONAL TECHNICAL/NETWORKING PROCESS (VOICE PROCESS):-

– Handle user queries through calls related to Internet Issues, Network related issues, Router & Modem Issues.
– Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
– Required to handle Queries.
– Should be able to resolve and give appropriate solutions to the customers.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:-

1) Any graduate (Min 6 Months Technical Experience).
2) B tech/BCA/BSC-IT/3 Years Dip-IT (Fresher) can also apply.

SKILLS REQUIRED-

– Candidate with excellent communication skills and immidiate joiner required.
– Candidate should be able to handle the pressure.
– Candidate should be time flexible.

-Must have basic Technical Knowledge.
