Position: Customer Relations Advisor
Process: International Voice Process (US/UK)
Location: Mumbai (Malad West, Mumbai Suburban, All Areas)
Experience Required: 0 – 5 years
Salary Range: 2.75 – 5.5 LPA
Work Mode: In-Person
Interview Mode: Virtual
Eligibility Criteria
• HSC or Graduate from any stream
• Candidates with International BPO (Voice) experience are preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Strong English communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and deliver high performance
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through voice or chat with professionalism
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Represent the company with a positive and committed attitude
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals
