Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Skill Set:
- Basic knowledge of ITIL/Service Desk with strong communication skills
- Experience in Desktop/Application support
- Familiarity with ticketing tools
- Troubleshooting skills for PC/Laptop hardware & software
- Knowledge of networking and support
- Advantageous: Knowledge of Thermal Printers or Spectrometers
- ITIL framework understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidates should have experience with International Voice Processes
Job Description:
- Handle customer requests via phone, including after-hours on-call support for technical troubleshooting
- Provide support for end-user devices, computer hardware, software applications, data processing, and security
- Resolve or escalate IT break/fix issues, manage communication issues, troubleshoot PC connectivity, and software malfunctions
