🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide after-hours on-call support for technical troubleshooting.
- First-line help desk support for Level 1 and some Level 2 issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs/laptops.
- Support VPN, Active Directory, LAN/WAN connectivity, and Outlook configuration.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduation not mandatory.
- Experience:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 6 months to 5 years of technical support experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Strong technical understanding of hardware/software.
- Knowledge of VPN, LAN/WAN, Outlook setup, and networking basics.
- Other Requirements:
- Only immediate joiners will be considered.
- Work from Office.
- Rotational shifts with both-side cab facility.
