• Position: Service Desk – Technical Support (International Voice Process)

🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for technical troubleshooting.
• First-line help desk support for Level 1 and some Level 2 issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs/laptops.
• Support VPN, Active Directory, LAN/WAN connectivity, and Outlook configuration.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduation not mandatory.
• Experience:
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • 6 months to 5 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware/software.
  • Knowledge of VPN, LAN/WAN, Outlook setup, and networking basics.
• Other Requirements:
  • Only immediate joiners will be considered.
  • Work from Office.
  • Rotational shifts with both-side cab facility.
