🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Provide detailed product information.
- Manage queries, feedback, surveys, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Languages: Basic English + Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil (any one language is mandatory)
- Education: Intermediate or Any Graduation
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates (Sales experience is an advantage)
- Other Requirements:
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Willingness to work from the office
