Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive at Tech Mahindra, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with the following details:
- Job Role: Customer Care Executive (6 Days Working Profile)
- Job Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi / NCR
- Experience Required: 0-4+ years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Shift: 24×7 shifts with one rotational week off
Responsibilities:
- Provide the best resolutions to customers.
- Work effectively in a 24×7 shift environment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Any Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with 6 months documented BPO experience will be given preference.
Package and Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹1.70 LPA to ₹3.70 LPA
- Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance available.
