Job Details:
- Designation: Chat Blended Process
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Freshers / 0 – 2 years
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- Good logical ability and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer care (preferred for experienced candidates)
- Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Work Conditions:
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- No planned leave for 3 months after joining
- 9-hour shifts (8 hours work + 1-hour break)
- 6 days working (Rotational week off)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Maintain records of customer interactions and process documents
- Follow communication guidelines and engage customers effectively
