Position: Customer Care Executive

Salary: Upto 2.5 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers / 0 – 4 years

Skill Set:

• Good customer handling skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to Work from Office (WFO)
• Willing to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Job Description:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer support through Voice
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and timely
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
