- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer support through Voice
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and timely
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
