Job Description:
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions within the time limits.
- Resolve customer concerns and establish positive relationships.
- Ensure prompt and professional service.
- Handle customer interactions in English and Hindi.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Must be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
